1. Delivery Areas
MINFY.CA delivers its products to Canada, the United States, and several European countries. We work with trusted carriers to ensure fast and secure shipping.
2. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery times and costs
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen:
Canada & United States: 1 to 7 business days
Other destinations: 10 to 20 business days
💰 Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. They will be displayed before you confirm your order.
4. Carriers and order tracking
We work with international carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and national postal services.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to track the delivery of your package in real time.
5. Taxes and customs duties
For orders shipped internationally, customs duties or local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We advise you to check the regulations in force in your country before finalizing your purchase.
6. Undelivered or lost packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors (concierge, neighbors, etc.).
In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us at support@minfy.ca within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date so that we can open an investigation with the carrier.
7. Return of unclaimed packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence of the recipient, a reshipment fee will be charged.
