At Minfy, customer satisfaction is a priority.

Non-returnable products

For hygiene and safety reasons, natural products, cosmetics, plants and boxes are neither returnable nor exchangeable, except in the case of a defect or order preparation error.

Defective products or order error

In case of defective product or preparation error, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos.

A refund or replacement may be offered depending on the situation.

Refund

Refunds are made according to the original payment method, after validation of the file.

Products damaged during transport

Minfy cannot be held responsible for damages caused by the carrier, but we will do our best to assist you with the necessary procedures.
