1. CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
The product received is defective or damaged.
The product delivered does not match the order placed.
A billing error has been made.
A cancellation request is made before the product is shipped.
2. REFUND REQUEST DEADLINE
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
Any requests outside this time frame will not be considered.
